Speaker-Ready Room: all lecture rooms and auditoriums are pre-equipped with LCD and/or screen projectors, and computers. Testing your presentation in the Speaker-Ready Room will minimize potential equipment compatibility issues.
The presenters may bring their own laptops: HDMI/VGA connections and electric outlets (type F, 230 V, 50 Hz) are provided. Mac users should prepare themselves converters for their presentation.
Presenters must be prepared before presenting to allow fast and easy transition from one talk to another to avoid unnecessary delay between presentations. All talks are limited to the amount of time listed in the program, which includes setup time to connect laptops or flash drives.
